San Diego Bicycle Accident Attorney Looks at Fatal Accident

A San Francisco cyclist was killed in an accident near AT&T Park on February 9. Diane Sullivan, 48, was riding near the intersection of Third Street and King Street when she was struck by a cement truck. The two were traveling in the same direction on King Street at the time of the bicycle accident. Sullivan was pulled underneath the truck before it came to a complete stop, according to the San Francisco Police Department. Sullivan was rushed to the hospital where she died from her injuries. The accident remains under investigation, but law enforcement noted they have ruled out drugs and alcohol as factors. This tragic accident is a reminder of how vulnerable cyclists are on the road. San Diego Bicycle Accident Attorney Takes a Look at Fatal Florida Accident

Police in Okeechobee, Florida believe that alcohol may have been a factor in a fatal New Year’s Eve bicycle accident, according to sources. Linda Rae Hill, 52, fell from her bicycle onto the pavement as she was riding and died from her head injury. The accident occurred shortly before 4 p.m. Witnesses reported that Hill had been consuming alcohol all day. After Hill fell from her bicycle, she was unconscious for an unknown period of time. When she regained consciousness, she crawled across the road and sat next to a power pole when a passing motorists discovered her and contacted authorities. Hill was rushed to the hospital, where she died the next day. Riding a bicycle is not a safe alternative to driving if you have been consuming alcohol. San Diego Bicycle Accident Attorney Examines Local Fatal Accident

An unidentified white male died in a bicycle accident in San Diego on January 3, according to CBS News 8. According to reports, several vehicles struck the cyclist in the Kenny Mesa area. The cyclist was riding westbound on Balboa Avenue near the Interstate 805 overpass. The cyclist was initially struck by a Ford Expedition; he was then struck by two other vehicles. He was pronounced dead on the scene, and the accident remains under investigation. Until the investigation progresses, it is difficult to assess what caused this accident and who may be at fault.
