According to WKRC CBS News 12 in Cincinnati, a teenager on a bicycle was struck by a car on August 28 and had to be airlifted to the hospital. According to police reports, the girl was struck by a car at around 8 pm on the Sunday night. Her name was not released, but reports identified the victim in the bicycle accident as a 15-year-old girl. Authorities did not comment on her condition other than to say she was alert and responsive. Officials said that the driver did stop and call 911 after the accident, but did not release further details. No citations have been issued at this time. By all accounts this appears to be a tragic accident—comments on the news page indicate that the driver is a reverend who was very shaken up by this incident.
