Caltrans Holds Multi-Modal Field Trip to Celebrate New Bike/Pedestrian Plan

A group of Caltrans workers, including Director Malcolm Dougherty, celebrated the recent release of the new statewide bike and pedestrian plan with a multimodal field trip.
